The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, like arranging a taxi and offering restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and the shared bathroom was spotless. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, including free breakfast items, like toast and water. The location was great, with easy access to bus stations and markets.
The rooftop bar was closed and the restaurant was often empty. It would have been nice to have an outdoor space to relax in.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. the hotel's location is great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the cleanliness of the rooms, which were stylish and well-equipped.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high due to the wooden floors and heavy doors, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was a strong smell in the bathroom area that could have been improved with better cleaning and ventilation.

the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Plus, we loved the free bread, tea, coffee, and water.
The walls were thin, so we could hear noise from the corridor and the next room. the pillows could be more comfortable.

This hostel offers an excellent location, within comfortable walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The spacious rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds, and the shared bathrooms are consistently clean. The staff is friendly and offers helpful local information. It's lovely to have bread and jam available in the kitchen for breakfast.
One minor issue was the hardness of the beds, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

I recently stayed at Bed Friends in Chiang Rai for four nights. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helped us book our slowboat crossing to Laos. The kitchen provided bread, jam, and coffee, and there was a lovely note and some little cakes on our bed to welcome us. The bathrooms were always clean and there was a beautiful rooftop area where people could work or relax. a fantastic stay!
I do recommend this hotel.

Loved the convenient location, close to bus station and night markets. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our trip arrangements a breeze. The kitchen facilities, including the fridge, microwave, and complimentary tea and coffee, were a great bonus.
The walls were paper-thin, which made it difficult to sleep with all the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. The pillows were very uncomfortable, causing us to have restless nights.
